BGA Rework

Customer wanted to swap BGA chip from these boards. 

After removing first BGA. Checking to see if array is still intact and usable.

After BGA part was swapped, double checked placement and shorts with x-ray machine.

While removing the part, some balls merged 

Removed blob before rework

no shorts, solder balls are a bit different size but will work

Different BGA part, but cleaned area in order to reball.
