Cables and Harness

Custom RF cable lengths. IPEX U.FL coaxial cables which needed to be trimmed down to specific lengths. These were tricky since the braided outer jacket would flare once cut, causing strainds of wire to be everywhere, however fine tunning my technique I figured out a better solution to get the job done. 

For these Cells, the PCBAs needed specific wire routing, i.e. specific lengths. I made exact cuts for each of the wires such that the bend radius would match in the enclosure, and not interfer while assembling.
