In a tight deadline, fixturing can prove to be useful to reduce assembly time, especially when you need to make multiple items.
Initially given this fixture to assemble hinges, there was an addition step needed to press fit the hinge, which required the part to be removed every time to fit under the press
Made a few iterations to make a smaller version which i could work, and then move directly under the press.
MFG needed a fixture to help operators solder cables to very small PCBAs
The Magnetic top closes in order to help hold the PCBAs in place, making it easier to solder cables.
Adding pogo pins to this fixture, the requirement we needed were precise pin locations onto a PCBAs test points to flash the boards

Afterwards, checking alignment and adding level stoppers
A heat sink was needed since the board would get hot. Each corner had magnets to hold the PCBA down while the pogo hit the test points
